1.     When people have conversations during a movie in a movie theater

This is caused by a lack of rule enforcement at the movies

2.     The customer service at guitar center is terrible

This is probably caused by a lack of proper employee training

3.     When Uber drivers cannot find the pickup spot

This is caused by poor optimization of the Uber driver app

4.     When McDonald’s only accepts cash after a certain time

Perhaps caused by McDonald’s systems being down

5.     The maintenance work in my apartment complex takes extremely long

This is caused by a lack of maintenance staff in relation to the number of apartments

6.     When the butcher at Publix does not weigh out the correct amount of product

This is caused by a lack of attentiveness by the butcher and probably a lack of proper training

7.     When tickets run out for UF basketball games

This is caused by an insufficient quantity of student seating in relation to the size of the student body

8.     The quality of the drinks at many of the bars in Gainesville

Many of the bartenders at UF college bars are not trained and only have cheap alcohol to work with

9.     Lack of visitor parking in The Retreat

When The Retreat was built they did not assign enough parking for visitoes

10.  When I am on hold with the UF advising office for an extended period of time

This is caused by insufficient staffing at the UF office

11.  When my iPhone charger breaks

This is caused by poor quality control at the factory where they are made

12.  The little issues my Jeep is constantly having

This is caused by a lack of emphasis on reliability by the manufacturer

13.  When a movie I am excited about turns out not worth watching

This can be caused by a myriad of reasons. One possible reason could be poor casting choices

14.  When a fast food restaurant gets my order wrong

This is caused my poor communication among the employees in the restaurant

15.  When I lose clothes due to either roommates or friends borrowing them

This is caused by forgetfulness on either my part or my roommates or friends’ part.

16.  When my random roommates dog keeps me up at night with his barking

Due to the apartment complex I live in not considering I did not want to live with another dog

17.  When the Wi-Fi in my apartment complex goes out

This is caused by a poor setup of the Wi-Fi across the complex

18.  When the volume of a bag of chips is taken up mostly by air

Due to cost cutting measures by the companies producing the chips

19.  When my washer in my apartment complex break down

Due to an initial poor choice on washer when the complex installed washers across the apartments

20.  The lack of parking on UF campus

Due to a lack of space of campus for both student and faculty parking

Bug List Reflection

This assignment surprised as I thought I was an observant person, yet it took me a long time to come up with a list of twenty bugs. Once I sat down and really thought about it, I realized there are a decent number of issues with the products and services I use daily. Once I analyzed the reasons for these issues, I came to realize I could probably improve on them.
