19A – Idea Napkin No. 2
1. My name is Christian Collazo. I am a political science major at the University of Florida. I am a hard worker and do well in school. I will be attending law school next year and have my eyes set on being a federal prosecutor. I aspire for my eco-friendly home business to be a regional success in areas which are particularly impacted by climate change. I would imagine this business would become my livelihood if I was to start it and become the focus of my life.
2. I am offering "future proof" housing to customers. I will be assisting my clients in creating a home which makes efficient use of energy whether through solar panels or clever use of the greenhouse effect to keep air conditioning costs down. I will also be supplying eco friendly building materials as well as building materials which insulate from changes in temperature extremely well.
3. I am offering this service to environmentally conscious couples in their 30's looking to build a home.
4. My customers will care as being both environmentally friendly as well as being prepared for the future are important to them.
5. My core competencies are that I am extremely analytical and have exceptional critical thinking skills.
I believe the different elements fit together and complement each other well. The only area that could be a bit more comprehensive is the exact definition of what the service is. I learned this from the feedback left on my last post as some commentators expressed confusion over exactly what the service was. I did my best to clear that up on this second try at the idea napkin.
